1930s Handcrafted Solid Maple Pedestal Table

Handcrafted in solid maple, this vintage pedestal table was likely made in Quebec between the late 1920s and early 1940s. Its circular top, formed from joined maple boards, rests on a cylindrical column anchored by four curved bracket feet. The warm patina and fine grain reflect both the quality of the wood and its hand-applied finish. Blending Arts & Crafts sturdiness with early Art Deco simplicity, it works beautifully as a side table, plant stand, or display piece. Sturdy and well-proportioned, it shows minor wear consistent with age, with the exception of a slightly more prominent stain on the top.

A timeless example of Quebec’s woodworking heritage.
